The City of Leduc, Lac La Biche County, Red Deer County and the City of Spruce Grove are funding rebates to residents who purchase and install an ecoENERGY Retrofit Program approved replacement low-flush/dual-flush toilet.

The Strathcona County rebate has ended. The County hopes to offer the program again in 2011.
