Also worked at ENMAX Corporation and at Calgary Co-op as Manager, Environmental Affairs. Earlier in his career worked for Parks Canada with responsibility for various functions, including communications, financial management, IT, and management.

Member, Advisory Council, School of Environment and Sustainability, Royal Roads University; Board member, Alberta Energy Efficiency Alliance.
