Cheryl Arkison

Cheryl Arkison works at Climate Change Central as a Project Manager.  Her work is focused on emissions offsets development, trading, and outreach activities.  This includes work on Carbon Offset Solutions, carbon capture and storage, as well as agriculture issues.  Cheryl is also involved in the development of C3 EnviroTech Solutions.  She has presented extensively throughout North America on emissions trading, climate change policy, agricultural involvement in the emissions trading market, and renewable energy.

In her previous position with EPCOR Utilities Inc., Cheryl worked as a policy specialist. While there, her focus was on climate change and sustainable development policy, emissions trading activities, and environmental communications. Cheryl advised EPCOR on climate change policy development and sustainable development initiatives.

Cheryl has her Masters of Environmental Design from the University of Calgary and an Arts degree from the University of King's College in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
